Dark fruits and a little smokiness on the nose. Juicy dark fruits, some pepper on the palate. Moderate tannins, medium acid, medium body, and a short to medium finish.

Medium ruby to purple in color; cherries, graphite, and grill plums; high acidity; medium tannins; tastes like blackberry sauce, eucalyptus, a hint of black pepper, and candied cherries with a long finish. Nellie likes it and so do I.

Now made with optically sorted fruit! Funny, it tastes like wine, not wine product, but also still taste manufactured. A super interesting though here - totally machined, yet also still tasting not fake and rather good. Fresher and purity is the optical sorters impact.

Medium ruby. Medium intensity nose- blackberry, black cherry, prune, burnt orange rind, forest floor. Youthful. Dry, high acid, high tannin, high alcohol, medium plus body. Pronounced palate of blackberry, black cherry, plum, black pepper, almost even cayenne. Medium plus finish. Drink now, not suitable for further aging. Good.
