  dried apricot and peach on the nose, with a slight hint of oxidation, but not unpleasant. Complex in taste, with apricots, apples, lemon and spices. Again a little oxidative, but this only adds to the character of the wine. It combined very well with the thai black rice with salmon in honey and sesame seeds. Good length. Interesting organic wine.
