Very Very Very tasty. Fantastic acid and saltiness, which nicely wraps up exotic spice and sweet tropical fruit flavor and keeps the wine fresh. Malo works nicely here too. I am not a fan of 2006 Bourgogne white in general, but this is an exception. I can drink this all day. This is just really delicious. In terms of stability of the quality, Verget is always a champion.
