(Verget Chablis Bougros) Medium golden colour. The nose showcases high tones over a deeper, ripe base. Very long in a brûlée way. Ripe with a nicely shaped palate, seems to have some age and maturity but no rush. Bought for a song in a sale, but tested too late to re-stock. This was a really lovely.

Consistent with previous notes. Deep golden in colour. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of honeysuckle, honey, chrysanthemum tea, cooked pear and red apple. Medium acidity and medium+ finish.

Klar ravgul farge.
Lukter eksotisk frukt, gule epler, sjø, popkorn og mineraler.
Smaker honning, gul frukt, nøtter, toast, sjø og smør. Lang og fyldig ettersmak som varer og varer.
En vin som er på topp nå. Ikke vent mye lengre med å drikke den. Ble positivt overrasket!

Deep golden in colour. Pronounced nose intensity with notes of honeysuckle, honey, chrysanthemum tea, cooked pear and red apple. Medium acidity and medium+ finish. Of dry and medium alcohol. Pronounced nose intensity. Did not decant. Very enjoyable aged Chablis. Not sure how long it can last but will not improve further as secondary and tertiary notes are all pronounced. Drink up.

Perfect aged Chablis drank. To me. Pronounced nose with notes of honey, 'pop corn’, chrysanthemum, vanilla and toast. Its interesting to find out whether aged Chablis will turn up nice and indeed it was a pleasant surprise for everyone. In perfect drinking window, will not improve any more.
