  Starting the long bubbly weekend with this one,
  85% Chardonnay, 15% PN,
  80% from 2016, 20% wines of reserve, bottled may 2017, disgorged march 21,
  Very fine bubbles in the glasses, salmon coloured,
  good intense raspberry nose, intensity of bushes full of these, some chalk in the background,
  very good palate appearance, great freshness here, the intense fruit underlayed by this fine limy aromas, good elegant mouthfeel, not too complex finally, but convincing length and a very good start,
  if you like it fresh, pnp this one now, but will gain complexity by further cellaring, a solid 90, **(*)
