Excellent. I'd jotted some notes down several days ago when consumed, but they got swept up cleaning. I'd say this is really lovely, Chablis-esque. I glanced other others' TNs and given my relative lack of experience with LF, I'll accept their opinions that this is less Chablis-esque than other vintages. I'm not complaining. Really lovely.

I fully agree with JROCKESQ. There is something different about the 2020 vintage of this wine. I'm not sure if it's the blend of vineyards, the PH, or something else. Tasting it on day 1, the wine is good: it has a warm nose with a touch of honey, and nice lemon on the palate. But, compared to previous vintages, it tastes like it has prematurely aged. I was expecting the acidity to be loud and proud. Instead, it's a little rounder, as if I was drinking it on day 2.
Speaking of day 2, I'm re-tasting it right now, and there's no noticeable change in the flavor profile. So, I suppose the wine isn't prematurely aging. It's just lacking the racy acidity that I've come to expect at this point in its life.
Looking at the tech sheets, the 2020 vintage is comprised of 49% Clos Pepe, 33% Kessler-Haak 18% La Rinconada. The 2019 vintage is comprised of 43% Kessler-Haak, 38% Clos Pepe, 19% La Rinconada.
The 2021 vintage (which I don't own) is 36% Kessler-Haak, 34% Clos Pepe, 18% La Rinconada, 12% Spear.
I'll reach out to the winery and see if they can shed some light. This gives me a good reason to pop a 2019 tonight!

This vintage of White Hill seems less acidic and a bit rounder than usual (from memory at least). There is still a bit of salt and oyster shell to complement the citrus fruit, but this reminds me less of Chablis than usual. Good wine.

Full wine with fine fruit flavors of apple and pear. Slight hint of citrus and sweetness on the finish. Terrific balance throughout.

Another delicious vintage of White Hill. Has that lean focus that I love in a nice crisp white wine.
