    The one with Old Bordeaux (Praelum): Side by side comparison between Ursules Blanc de Noir and the La Haute Lemble Blanc de Blanc and blinded. I thought this was the La Haute-Lemble - crisp, lean and clean on the palate with precision and tension. High acidity with a creamy textured finish. These typically suggest blanc de blanc for me but once again I am off the mark in typical fashion with champagne - a pleasant surprise and a lovely drink indeed!
