  • 98% Garnache and 2% Cariñena from a single vineyard, 800 meters in Cadalso de los Vidrios located between pine forests, lavenders and horps, with a soil of fine sand and granite rock boats. It is vinified with 100% grape stem, indigenous yeasts and long macerations with minimal extraction. Aging of more than a year in French oak barrels of different sizes. Floral, fresh red fruit, spicy, mineral, powerful, elegant, balanced and with a marked acidity that invites you to repeat. 950 bottles. Needs oxygen to be able to show itself.

  • Very lifted and bright nose of red fruits and spice, with some earth. On palate I found this just a touch too acidic. Gentle tannins balanced it a bit but, although this is the style, I found it a little too in the austere side which the bracing acidity only added too. Its a lovely wine, I just wonder if a few more years wouldn't benefit this and balance it out
