Drank side by side with the '19. PNP with Sushi. Restrained nose of sea spray, bitter orange, a touch of flint. Lemon, crushed rocks, and mint. More round than the '19 with a more pronounced lactic quality. Medium+ acid. Really enjoyed it though like the '19 I need to be hands off to let things develop.

Thursday hangout at Domaine (Chicago, IL): Consistent with the Ceritas style, but the relative youth gives this a very sweet, fruity disposition that doesn't really match the palate. I think that baby fat will be shed with time. Good acidity; some time needed for the package to integrate. This doesn't feel like some of the other older Ceritas I've had in that the fruit seems a bit riper.

Outstanding. As usual, this has more acid than the PMR. But, like the 2020 PMR, this has a mid+ or mid++ body that is unusual for these sites. And for 12.1%...
