Medium color. Straightforward, obvious Grenache nose. Low intensity entry. Typical orange peel and salt Grenache flavors. Good acidity. No evidence of wood. I suspect this is a co-op or large producer wine made for Duvernay. 75% Grenache, 15% Syrah, 10% Mourvèdre. Good value for a Châteauneuf-du-Pape, but there are better values from Gigondas, Vacqueyras, Beaumes de Venice, Vinsobres and even Côtes du Rhône from excellent producers.
