  • Pale yellow/straw. Muted nose of yeast and citrus. Lemon curd, some chalk and minerality. Someone could turn the volume up a little on this one, not much going on on the nose. Palate is fresh with decent acidity, lots of pear, green apple, more citrus and kinda generic minerality. Finishes quite long but is simple and onedimensional with some pleasant saltiness. Not terribly complex or exciting Chablis. Perhaps it could use more age, but at least in this bottle, I don't know if it has the ingredients to really improve with age.
