  Shiny pale yellow with green tint. Citrus, almond, white flowers and minerality. Good tension upon opening, which transitioned into fresh, smooth and balanced on the palate. Long finish.
  
  I tasted Ramonet 2019 Bourgogne Blanc a few days ago. That was more developed than this 2020 with the extra year. I felt this 2020 had more potential than 2019, and would benefit from another year of cellaring, but it can be enjoyed now with sufficient breathing.
