  Lake Chelan AVA. Opens up with 30 minutes of air, after a few hours more dusty, earth elements expand. Blueberry, blackberry, red cherry, earth, smoke, oak, and herbs on the nose. Tart cherry, sweet red cherries, plum, blackberry, herbs, earth, minerals, and some oak on the palate. Tangy, mouthwatering acidity, fine tannins, medium-long, delicious finish. Med-full body. Overall, this was a tasty, fruity, yet earthy wine with enough acidity and stuffing to pair with a big piece of meat. It's somewhat oaky, so you have to like oak or wait awhile for the oak to integrate.
