  • Dark purple, ready to drink. When opening with the pressure opener I had some air coming out thought cork.
But taste was very balanced when opening. Lost its balance when decanting a glass. Nice berries. Oak. A little acidy with too much air. But still pretty smooth. Finish it soon.

  • Decanted for one hour and drank it during the evening out of the decanter. Beautifull glass of wine with extreme viscosity. Dark fruit, good acid and little hints of vanilla and menthol. Good, nice glass of wine. Think I'll drink my last botlle within 2 years.
