Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Medium red color with some transparency. On the nose, this shows strawberry and rhubarb notes. Hints of beet and cherry emerge later. On the palate, this is raspberry and strawberry dominant. Elements of spice and sous bois show up with time in the glass. Not as complete as the Puits Sec, but very good. Ready now with room to improve.
