  Sample tasting at work (Oinoscent): Macabeu, Garnatxa blanca, Cartoixa, leftover bottle from customer
  Deep golden color. The wine shows ripe to overripe white flesh fruit, spicy, grapefruit, stalky freshness, some yeast notes. Palate smoother, med to full body, mineral, ripe fruit, tensity, long finish
