Howard Ripley portfolio tasting: The oak is still a bit fresh and competes for space with spiced raspberry and violet. Very appealing and direct. Boisterous on the palate - assertive primary red fruit, lots of acidity and big, blocky tannins that coat the mouth. Needs to chill out.

Mørke bær på duft, kirsebær og snev av pepper. Tung aroma. Men ganske lett og elegant i munnen, med fine tanniner, men relativt lite syre og litt lite frukt. God vin, men greier ikke helt å holde spenningen oppe. Ok bekjentskap, men ikke en stor favoritt.

Enough spice to launch a thousand lattes. Plenty of structure. What it lacks is fruit. Already feels a little dried out just more than three years post-vintage.

开瓶即饮,淡宝石红偏紫色,闻香有蘑菇,蔓越莓和樱桃一类的红果,果梗带来的植物气息,些许培根的香味和香料感。入口酸度高,酒液非常咸,矿物感清晰,单宁紧涩,红果和果梗的香气为主,如饮一杯浓缩的杨梅汁,漂亮的集中度,扎实的酒体,后段没有太多展现,需要醒酒。醒酒一个小时,进入一个开放的状态,闻香是樱桃和草莓的红果香气,果梗带来的扑鼻花香和辛香料感,些许皮革和熏肉的味道,还有淡淡石灰气息,入口酸度很高,酒液咸,咸矿石的矿物感,收口微甜,单宁量大,有些糊嘴,颗粒细腻,面包吐司,熏肉,红果和玫瑰花的香气,还有新年份酒水果糖的香味,伴随着口中回甘,带来甜美多汁的口感。充沛的果感充满表现力,后段有一股隐隐的木质香调,贯穿始终,余味是轻盈的覆盆子香气,木质香调带来一丝高级感。虽然余味的香气很淡,但是口中是长久的果香回味。非常具有酒庄风格的德式黑皮诺,新年份酒还没发展出太多复杂度,但口感浓缩,果香活跃,再加上扎实的酒体,无不展现出高水准。
