  • This is one of those red wines that so in balance that all the flavors and aromas harmonize into a pleasurable tasting and drinking experience. Their style seems to be more creamy and leesy than some Oregon producers. The color is dark reddish to purple and just about opaque. The nose at first whiff seemed to be a bit “poopy”, but that swirled out in a few seconds. Once past that nice forest floor and spiciness. Really fresh and intense red fruit so well accompanied with moderate tannins, minerals and just enough mixed new and neutral oak. Thick, luscious finish with a bit of red licorice.
