  I've had some great wines from Languadoc region so maybe my expectations were too high, but this wine wasn' very strong. A bit thin and slightly tart--I would suggest decanting for about 30 minutes to see if it smooths out...a bit of licorice and tobacco, but not much more (per my palate)

  I really thought this wine could be stronger in many areas. For a "vieille vignes" it really does not have the concentration of flavours I'd expect. I found the fruit unappealing and the tannins sub-par. I would buy this again only in desparation
