Low yields, a drought year, Different camera on the label every year. A super 8 cam-corder. Changed skate boarding because everyone could film. 100% Valdigue, vines are 100+ years old, 500 liter puncheons, 1 new, so a touch of new oak. Still rather darn super punchy with acidity. Really high acid. Tart and tangy and wAY HARD.

Prince Saturday Tasting - USA New Arrivals (Prince Sydney, 40 Hansard Street): Medium minus intensity aromas of strawberry compote, savoury spice and a slightly meaty underpin. Sour, non-delineated red fruit and tight coarse flour textured tannins. Meh.

Earthy nose, cherry and red fruit taste slight acidity at the end but overall balanced.
Smooth drinker for sipping but also with the acid might pair well with hearty fatty things

Very good for the price. Not complex, but a nice balance of stemmy, slightly herby nose and a bright, tart red fruit palate.
