  Fun bottle of bubbles for the price. On the sweet side with peaches, strawberry and ginger.

  At the sodo tasting room.
  
  Nose: pomegranate, strawberry, apricot. Small splash of buttery melons. Medium intensity.
  
  Taste: very forward with mix of acidity and minerals, raspberry, fresh red fruits, unripe melons (like the white edges that are more watery, less flavors). End notes felt like a seltzer with a bite of bread.
  
  Minerality and crispness suffers quickly when warmed up. Drink cold. Would recommend for simple hit summer days.

  Medium salmon color.
  
  Strawberries, watermelon and peach blossom on the nose.
  
  Round and fruity palate with strawberries and melons. Fresh acidity makes for a great sipper!
