Awesome demure nose of spring raspberry, roses, and fresh spring herbs. Tilled soil with vegetative compost. The palate starts with acidic cranberries, raspberries, spring plums going to mid stream of black tea and balanced firm tannins that dance to a long finish. A simple wine that fools you in thinking it is thin and nondiscript-but no, it is wonderful in a French burgundy kind of way. I need more time thinking of this-and buy some more bottles. This Naramata BC wine is a shocker!

Consistent with previous notes. One of BC’s best Pinot Noirs. Amazing.

Clear medium ruby. Darkish side of PN
Clean. Medium(+) intensity. With aroma of cherry rose vanilla blood strawberry and iron.
Dry. Medium alcohol. Medium(+) acidity. Medium tannins. Medium(+) intensity with flavours of Bing cherry strawberry vanilla and blood.
Medium(+) finish. Outstanding. Drink now suitable for further ageing. Wow. So Good.

2019. What a wine. Unreal in fact. Was so looking forward to trying 2020
2020… it’s like a popgun. You get a small pow but no bullet. It’s nice but not wow
2019 was one of the best BC Pinot’s I had tasted. 2020 is meh, whatever
