Community Tasting Notes (1)

  • Bottle 1326g. Moderately intense aromas of pear, citrus, cotton candy. Dry, with moderate acidity, just medium bodied, 12.5°. Not much fruit on the palate, and a hint of phenolic grip. 2021 was a drought year in Provence, often resulting with less juice then usual relative to seeds and skins. 50% Clairette, 50% Ugni Blanc (sigh).
