Black cherries, smoke, licorice, chocolate and mint nuances are found in the nose. Medium-bodied, fresh, spicy, chewy red fruits with touches of smoke, chocolate and peppery spices are all over the mid-palate and in the finish. The wine blends 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink from 2024-2034.

(90-92 vvPunkte) (60% Merlot, 40% Cabernet Sauvignon) Dunkles Rubin. Delikater Duft, expressiv, Brombeeren, Cassis, Kirschen, etwas Backpflaume, dezente Röstnote. Im Gaumen weich, mit Schmelz und Rasse, die Tannine sind fein, umhüllen die Frucht, der Wein hat eine gute Struktur, ohne auf Langlebigkeit wert zu legen. Wird in seiner Jugend Spass machen und gehört in Sachen Qualität zu den besten Zweitweinen. (Verkostet "En Primeur" im April 2022. Château Smith Haut Lafitte)

Milk chocolate, mint, plums and black raspberries, with sweet, ripe, red cherries and wet earth on the nose. The wine is medium-bodied, soft, silky and fresh, with a touch of chalk and lift to the round-textured fruits in the finish. The wine was made from a blend of 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Drink from 2023-2032. 89-91
