Retail $12. Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, Syrah. Agglomerated stopper. I have waxed (hopefully, at least somewhat poetically) about my affinity for Alentejo in general and Esporão in particular, so no need to delve into those waters again (but both are amazing, fyi). The estate consistently produces wines that are both of high quality and great value every vintage. This medium pink rosé, for example, is quit fruity on the nose with plenty of strawberry and cherry, with just a slight mineral note on the backend. The palate is tart, fruity, crispy, and focused. And refreshing. If this does not brighten up your afternoon, I am not sure what will. Very good.
Pale pink color with a copper hue and red fruit, white pepper, citrus zest and dried herb aromas with an appealing hint of menthol. On the palate, it medium-bodied, and dry with vibrant, zesty acidity. It shows raspberry, red cherry, and just ripe strawberry flavors. Blend of red (Touriga Nacional, Aragonez (a.k.a Tempranillo) Syrah, Trincadeira and Tinta Caiada) and white grapes(Arinto). 12.5% abv|SRP - $12

Summery Alentejo Wines: Medium copper color. The spiciness on the nose is really attractive, with these tobacco, mint, white pepper and celery seed notes to accent the tart white cherry and spiced cranberry relish scents. The palate sports nice richness, spritely acidity, along with juicy white peach and tart cranberry fruit. The notes of daisies, rose hips, celery seed and mint add a refreshing, floral, spicy complexity to this delicious pink. Solid value, per usual, from this line of wines. Touriga Nacional, Aragonez, Tinta Caiada and other grapes.

This is really tasty , spicy, red fruit and floral with a little weight on the finish. Still great despite being 2021. Not expensive either.
