  There are multiple releases of this NV wine. My bottle is of the 4th Release.
  
  This is a very nice wine indeed. On the nose honey, a little minerality, some herbs, lots of complexity. The palate follows with a nice balancing acidity. Some mature notes of slight oxidation add yet more complexity. There is also a lovely herbal/floral note in the mid-palate.
  
  Overall this is an excellent wine that brings new aspects with every sip. It works fine on its own, but also pairing well with some gravlax, mild cheese and pita.
  
  For the ~US$27 that I paid this is definitely a repeat buy.

  Lovely. Strong hints of Sauvignon blanc, melon, gooseberries, beautiful scents of white fruits, roses and jasmin. Opened yesterday and really opened up today.
