Medium body (14%) pale gold wine. Great fruit nose. Needed an hour to open before apple and pear fruit appeared - almost like a chardonnay. Super finish.

Nearly a year after my first bottle, I find this wine to have only improved with cellaring. Aromas of tropical fruit, peach, and caramel cheesecake are carried by an ethereal creaminess to a gracefully mineral finish that keeps your attention long after the glass has been put down. This is a master class in Sauv Blanc. So well done.

From a half-bottle. Grassy nose, but unable to shake that sweet tropical fruit salad tone present in most California Sauvignon blancs. Luscious fruit, but a bit too sweet on the finish for my taste.
