Decanted a portion on day 1, Vacuvin’d the rest. Opened within 10 min. Same on day 2, and PnP pn day 3.. no point in doing much aerating on these “natural” type wines imo. Deep garnet and tawny color, dense and cloudy. 👃🏻 tiny bit of funk, bramble, yeast and minimal cherry 👅 white pepper, yeast, blood orange, orange peel with 30-35 sec finish Much closer to a dense rose than a typical grenache, and should pair with food like a rose. Not my preference in style but the nice acidity lets it pair well

Red fruited, juicy. Maybe a slight carbonic element to it. Held up well over 3 nights. Always a pleasure having these wines.
