Curious smell and taste. No TCA but I think already oxidized based on my recent experiences with older white burgs. But this is a 2002 and oxidation should never occur with such a young wine (even if of low pedigree). What is going on with white burgundies? BTW, cork did not look bleached.

Nose (o.k.): Butter, a touch of limestone and metal. Palate (rather disappointing): short and a little "itchy" (sorry for my limited English-Vocab w.r.t. tasting notes), not round and almost no finish. It could be that the palate changes after a year or so in bottle, but I doubt this will ever get more than 86 points. I had a much better impression of this wine, when tasted at the Domaine last year.
