Lots of jammy goodness here. Complex array of dark fruit, currants, cinnamon, cola, and herbs on the nose. Rich, warm, and full bodied, with a wonderful middle sweetness backed by succulent blackberry fruit flavors and a melted texture. Picks up bitters on the tasty finish.

Blockbuster red with almost 15% akc. Intense red, black fruits, cocos note from the barique. Typical Paso Robles. Super intense, koncentrated, this could be a Port LBV but without sugger. It is difficult to drink more than one glass. No kompexity or elegance. Cowboy red. Drink not to warm (16°C) because of the alcohol. I have low experience with Paso Robles because the alcohol ls to high, the black fruit to intense. Not the first choice for food. One glass solo is great. Second glass could be to much. Cuvee: 42% Cab Sv, 19% Petit Verdot, 15% Merlot, 13% Cab. Franc and 11% Malbec. Petit Verdot and Malbec.

I was overjoyed with the layers of flavor We got from this bottle. We drank over the course of two days and it held its own. Black current, flint, herbs with some licorice.

Very dark in the glass, this brooding wine is packed with dark fruit flavors and was one of the best reds we tasted at this event.
