  • Too early to drink this really but irresistible as it is. Fabulous fruit as other notes say, huge richness and great length. The top of the range for obvious reasons.

  • The flagship Riesling from Knoll in its infantile stage. Made from three vineyards with some botrytised grapes. Intense aroma of lemon peel, orange blossom, pineapple, quince, passionfruit, kiwi, peachy hint. Medium+ body, powerful, long and deep with intense flavours, round texture, steely high acidity, long finish with melon and herbal hints. At this stage there are lots of intense and powerful things going on at its own accord. Will require some years to integrate and balance, but its so pleasurable even now.

  • Bright, aromatic white florals, perfume, citrus blossoms. Tight minerality, clean slate and limestone, zippy acidity, beautifully balanced, quite expressive. More minerality on the palate, clean broadly structured, airy, talcum powder. Great purity. Grew even more with the prawn dumplings (hargao) and cheongfun. Absolutely brilliant and drinking well as a youthful expression. Power and elegance.
