Black cherries, dark plums, fresh chopped tarragon, clove, star anise, dark chocolate and smoked wood on the nose. Lovely medium + intensity of aromas. Flavors consistent with the aromas - well, maybe a little fruitier - and the same medium + intensity there too.
Medium + body with medium + acid and medium - tannins that somehow linger despite their subtlety. Texturally chalky with a lingering fruity finish. Great with a grilled filet, due to the leanness of the meat. Drink now.
