  Colour: lemon
  Nose: medium intensity, secondary, youthful. Lemon, Nashi pear, melon. Starfruit. Cedar, vanilla, custard.
  Palate: dry, medium acidity, medium alcohol (12,5%), medium bodied. Medium intensity, medium length finish. Lemon, Nashi pear, russet apple, melon. Starfruit. Cedar, vanilla, custard. Flinty. Touch of bitterness (not unpleasant) and phenolic grippiness on the finish.
  Conclusions: very good. (Very drinkable!) Drink now, likely not suited for more than short-term ageing.
