  • By the glass. Single varietal wine from indigenous grape Liatiko elaborated in the island of Crete. On the nose aromas of bkack cherry along with traces of fennel and some cranberries. The predominant element in the mouth is the omnipresent acidity that invades everything. Tannic finish with bold notes. All pretty bizarre.

  • Smells like strawberries, paint, tastes very full and almost spicy. Sour cherry, baking spice, tart and clove/nutmeg/allspice, tomato greens, dandelion greens. Very alcohol forward.

  • Such an interesting wine. Bright garnet colour turning to orange at the rim, apparently characteristic of the varietal. Looks older than it is. Pronounced intensity on the nose of cherry and redcurrants. There is some smokiness too, there. On the palate, chock-full of bright juicy red berries bursting with fresh acidity. Medium tannins, very finely grained. Highly recommended, will be searching out more of the varietal and the winery.
