  Dark crimson
  Celery and ripe plum on the nose
  Medium tannins, dried fruits and slightly sweet, but complex also with notes of pepper, spices and leather
  Jammy finish

  I always like to have one of these in my cellar.
  
  Full body, red cherry, blackberry, red plum, black cherry, raspberry, black plum, pepper, mocha, coconut, vanilla, chocolate, raisin, fig, caramel.
  
  Off-Dry sweetness, medium - acidity, medium - tannins, high alcohol. High complexity, medium + finish. Medium + aroma intensity.
  
  Always a fan fave!

  ENGLISH:
  Nose: Blackberries and ripe plums, plus a very subtle balsamic note, but far in the background, mocha and some chocolate, some caramel from the barrel
  
  Taste: Great, fresh sour cherry, directly accompanied by fine mocha notes, blackberry, thyme, light toasted oak, but discreet behind a lot of juicy fruit, tannins thanks to the old vines and storage beautifully soft and round, despite noticeable oak notes, medium to full body
  
  Comment: Voluminous and juicy, but not overwhelming, just the right amount of spice, nice barrel influence, top Zinfandel for the price. Great with all kinds of red meat dishes. 90P may be a bit much for a wine that is not really complex, but it is really perfectly balanced, round and, thanks to the old vines, also appears settled and aged, despite the 2020 vintage.
  
  ORIGINAL (GERMAN):
  Nose: Brombeeren und reife Pflaumen, dazu eine ganz dezente balsamische Note, aber weit im Hintergrund, Mokka und etwas Schokolade, etwas Karamell vom Fass
  
  Taste: Feine Sauerkirsche, direkt dazu feine Mokka-Notne, Brombeere, Thymian, leichte toasted oak, aber dezent hinter viel saftiger Frucht, Tannine dank Old Vines und Lagerung schön sanft und rund, trotz merklicher Eichennoten, mittlerer bis voller Körper
  
  Comment: Voluminös und saftig, aber auch nicht erschlagend, genau die nötige Note Würze, netter Fasseinfluss, top Zinfandel für den Preis. Toll zu allen möglichen roten Fleischgerichten. 90P sind vllt. etwas viel für einen nicht wirklich komplexen Wein, aber erst ist wirklich perfekt abgestimmt, rund und wirkt dank der alten Rebstöcke auch gesetzt und gealtert, trotz 2020er Vintage.

  Deep ruby.
  Lots of dark fruits on the nose.
  Quite rich, well balanced.
  Dark fruits (plums particularly), cinnamon, spice palate.
  Good value Zinfandel.
