  First of 3 bottles purchased upon release from Al & Geri at Burgundy Wine Co (NYC). Dark garnet color,Floral, plum and cherry nose which expands with time (3-4 hours), medium weight with clean and almost ripe fruit, surprisingly fresh, tannins integrated, touch of acidity, low alcohol. Finish was fruity and lasted more than a minute. Looking forward to drinking the other 2 bottles hopefully with friends post-covid.Surprised that there were no other tasting notes in CT! Served with Duck cassoulet.
