  A touch plumper than many 2021 Trockens. Very much driven by fruit (lime marmalade, apricot), with a touch of kerosene and smokey almond developing as it warms up and opens. Medium + acidity. Finish could be longer but there is a good density of flavour here.

  Slightly pale greenish. Limey and lemony on the nose, which continues on the palette. Nice lengthy mineral finish. Very much in its youth, will develop some lovely complexity if you have the patience.

  ABV: 12%, RS: 8.3 gr/l, TA: 8.9 gr/l.
  Colour: v pale straw, hint of green, bright, clear
  Nose: not v full. Fresh, taut, flowery, zesty lime, newly mowed grass hints,
  Taste: light body, q taut, at first ripe fruit followed immediately by the acidity and tautness, lemon rather than lime, med finish, v dry belying the RS figure, line and lemon.
  Overall, a baby still. V good Saar tension.

  Nice closure. Brilliant light gold. Light on the nose - lime. Nice sharp palate - lemon sherbet - not complex at this stage but bright, youthful and zesty refreshment.
