Nice nose of apples, agree with others not typical Chablis in that it was not crisp, softer fuller bodied than other Chablis, although this may be due to vintage. Nice wine.

Soft green apple and some pear on the nose. After a day the nose faded noticeably. Soft on the palate - green apple. Subtle tartness with a sneaky mineral character. Not a typical top Chablis, but still a nice summer wine.

Pale yellow. Citric and mineral nose. Smooth creamy texture with a little burnt honey undertone. More full and rich than crisp. The acidity is there but in the background. It is not quite what I would have expected from a Chablis but is very pleasant nonetheless.

First time with Faiveley's Chablis. Definitely a different style and approach to the Chablis I am used to. Intense nose of Asian pear, lots of exotic spices. Palate is medium bodied with refined acid, not too piercing, but definitely there. Lots of minerality and clean finish. White stone fruit, citrus peel. Intriguing and quite palatable!!

Fresh and unassuming, though light, showing nice typicity in its steely green apple character.
