This one immediately caught my attention from the moment the cork was pulled. It smells like some tangy fruits in there. Lightly colored. The low ABV reveals a red fruit driven profile of cranberry, red apple, and crabapple. Tangy and tart. Very clean with high acidity. Reminds me of some of my favorites from the deep end of Anderson valley. Excellent.

Red fruited, in a nice early drinking period, lower tannin and dry extract then other PGC 21s, maybe less whole cluster here.
