Obviously, this is not Champagne but the complexity, freshness, and versatility of this cava (Corpinat now) in this price range (even in Champagne) has no match. A total bargain for 33 euros. Best QPR cava in the market.

Ensamblaje de xarel·lo (60%) y parellada (40%). 7 años de crianza en rima con tapón de corcho. Consta la fecha del degüelle: 01/2023. Pajizo don destellos dorados. Nariz con atractiva definición, destaca la expresión de la fruta blanca madura, las notas de la autolisis, toques de monte bajo mediterráneo, recuerdos pan tostados y sutiles apuntes de bollería. En boca entra bien, con burbuja muy fina que da sensación cremosa, cierta mineralidad, con volumen aunque pasa fluido, matices cítricos. Largo.

DG/2022. I really steuggled with the dominant green vegetable aromas here, not pleasant, steucture and freshness was good though. Apparently a good producer, close to 8 years on lees points to high qualit as well. Somwhow this did not come theough aromatically. To be revisited.
