  I love the Trader Joe's organic wines in this series for value (obviously). But some are better than others. This is a good one.
  
  Color: Medium ruby.
  
  Nose: Clean, sweet black cherry Merlot aromas. Touch of oak chips, but well done here.
  
  Pal: Medium-full body. Sweet mid-palate richness. Soft tannin. Very good balance.
  
  We all need tasty mid-week dinner wines. This is very good for $6.00.
  
  ***This 2021 Merlot is one of the best red wines in this series, in this vintage. The '21 Chardonnay (excellent) and '21 Sauvignon Blanc also very nice.
