  inky violet color, opens up well with air, the aroma hints at berry, spice and earth, full bodied and balanced very well, dry with concentrated fruit, round feel, flavors of raspberry, blackberry, white pepper and dusty earth emerge on the palate, carried well by acid, uplifted and quite elegant, should be a nice food companion, going to have some sausage lasagna next to it soon

  Red berries, cherries and fresh herbs and a bit lactic in the bouquet. On the palate cherries, cassis and other dark berries, firm and juicy acidity and sticky tannin. In its infant stage. Wait at least 4 - 5 years, so until 2028+ for now 88 - 89+
