racy and intense in flavor. green (baking) apples galore. very fresh and enjoyable. again shocking this is chardonnay here. upon reflection i'm not getting any seashell here, but i guess that's why its 'petit'. Unlike many other burdundian whites, i though this was just as good chilled as warm.
