  12% abv. AP 13. NOSE: intensely of sap. Charged with caraway, blackcurrant resin, ballistic movements from chocolatey soil to pinpointed red/blue pollens. Bound coherently with dry, combed fabrics under tension. MOUTH: firmly elderly. Pressed jaws of jam ash. Rapid sense adjustment exposes surprise: insistent tendrils of green crowd time-enclosures, of clamoring frosted anise. Poppies; porcini; vanilla bean. SUM: I opened this with the notion that I knew not what to expect. I still don't. 93.
