Super vibrant and fresh but there is a lot of minerality here on both the nose and palate so if you like your riesling really fruity, this may not be an ideal pick for you. That being said, this is already drinking very nicely but I do think that it would stand to benefit from a bit more time in the bottle. If you're looking for something that is more ready to drink right now and/or is more approachable, the Unplugged 2021 from the same producer is pretty damn awesome (and also more fruity, if that is what you're into) but both are bone dry.
APPEARANCE: Color & intensity: medium lemon with light green nuances
NOSE: Intensity: medium (+) Aromas: lime, crushed stone, lemongrass, white flowers, lemon, petrol Development: developing
PALATE: Sweetness: dry Acidity: medium (+) Alcohol: medium Body: medium Intensity: medium (+) Flavors: lemon, lime, lemon zest, crushed stone, green apple, white flowers, hint of petrol Finish: medium (+)
CONCLUSIONS: Quality level: very good Potential for ageing: can drink now but has good potential for further ageing Other observations: slight pétillance

Wonderful floral quality that brings to mind spring wild flower honey. Great structure and balanced acidity. Long and thick finish. Love it!
