  • Pale straw yellow color with greenish reflections, fairly fine and persistent bubbles, not too numerous. The aromas it releases are aromatic, characterized by citrusy notes of lime, aromatic herbs, and white peach, with an underlying theme of shortcrust pastry and pastry shop. The taste is sweet, pleasant, fresh, and balanced in its salinity, which never makes it cloying but rather contributes to a fairly persistent and enjoyable finish.

  • Piemonte: Back to the truffling!; 11/24/2022-12/3/2022 (Wineries and various restaurants): Of course there are many different moscatos out there and yet it seems like we often drink the same 2-3. Perhaps it was the environment but this one seemed a bit more interesting to me. Less of straight sugar water and more light and fizzy and perhaps not quite the same level of sweet. Very enjoyable. Paired with a chestnut/talleggio/white truffle dish which was stupendous.
