This is a really good wine. No reduction, which is good because I despise reduction. Cold, the wine is crisp, nice acidity, yellow apple and jasmine and a reasonable dose of minerality. Sea shells. Ginger. Compelling. I deliberately let it warm and tasted at close to room temperature, just to see what it was made of. Artificial, I know, but I wanted to taste the components. Remarkably good - crisp apple, but still yellow apple and ginger and lemons curd or maybe rind. Lingering acidity - thirty seconds or more. Ocean breeze. White tree flower. A hint of butter, but I don’t feel like it’s the oak - it’s balanced and harmonic. Incredibly long finish. Impressive.

Similar to the last bottle this showed a very pretty nose with plenty of reduction, but the palate was nowhere near as angular. A beautiful wine with plenty of life ahead.

Intoxicating nose of gunpowder, mixed citrus and key lime pie. The palate is much more angular and lean than the nose would suggest, with primarily lemon and lime notes. Hopefully with time the palate will flesh out a bit, as that nose is killer.

Already ready to go as others have said. 93ish on the nose, 86ish on the palate. It's lovely, just needs more acid.

Drinking supremely well right now. Great tension and cut without being too lean
