New world SB was my first impression. Delicious acidity that morphs into the fruit providing a sense of lime, mandarin and other sour/sweet/citrusy goodness. Heaps of almond-blossom like bitterness that keeps this from being one dimensional. Very good, would buy more at this price point. (375ml)

(Blind I called this Hunter Valley Sémillon which was overthinking as SB was my first call)
Nose is light with grassiness and a little apricot. Almost seems Pinot Gris. Color is light and body is light to medium. Bright and clean. Low acidity. Nice mineral aspect that is diffuse. Not sure where this is going but there is a savory streak and compactness. Albarino?
What is Sancerre? Arguably this is a better version of the fact that Sancerre isn't really a uniform thing. Solid wine and very enjoyable as SB without the extrovert crap that has come to define it.

A little on the sweet side for me, but still a good value at this price point.
