Nose: very clean crisp apple, red delicious apple. Bit saline and oyster. Also some acidic sweetness like orange peel. Not very aromatic. Taste: oak, creamy, like poached pear, dry, really high acidity. Black pepper at the back and oyster sauce undertone. Not offensive but awkward and light. High acidity.

Picked up on a whim at Costco for $17. Lots of lemon zest and floral notes on the nose. Much of the same in the taste, but the lemon became more like lemon zest infused oil, and there was the slightest bit of butteriness as well. Quite a bit of acidity to it as well, makes me think this may show better with a nice fluffy piece of fish. Not bad, but very one dimensional and unmemorable. I have had better for the money.
