  Meant to open the pinot version from this producer but then I realized it was the Gamay 😮😀, too much champagne before this might be to blame 😭 Very green on the nose, oregano, tree bark, white pepper, smoke, and some underlining red fruit.
  
  On the tongue, it's sweet and savory with more of the latter winning out. Long finish, with little to no tannins and medium acidity. surprisingly it's excellent with ricotta cake. 🤯
